DINOSCOVERY BY DINOSAURS LIVE! EXTENDS ITS EXHIBITION PERIOD UNTIL JUNE 2015

Fantastic news for all aspiring and novice paleontologists from all walks of life as Dinoscovery by Dinosaurs Live! is delighted to announce the extension of its exhibition period here in Discoveria, Avenue K until 30th June 2015!

Featuring reengineered life-size animatronic dinosaurs in true-to-life adventure-like settings, the interactive, edutainment exhibition held in a sprawling 13,000 square foot exhibition space made its maiden appearance in Asia Pacific in March 2014.

Since its opening, Dinoscovery by Dinosaurs Live! has been thrilling thousands of local and international visitors alike from all ages with 15 experiential and highly interactive educational activities while offering a sensory feast of endless fun for the whole family.

Amongst the exhibition’s star attractions include the Dino Quest, a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) based scavenger hunt which will propel the visitors through a time warp and transform them into paleontologists on the hunt for dinosaurs’ specimens. Visitors will be equipped with a paleontologist vest, map, torchlight and a RFID band which will guide them to exciting discoveries. Upon completion of each activity, visitors will collect stickers which need to be pasted onto the map accordingly to enable them to redeem a Junior or Expert Paleontologist certificate from the Gift Shop at the end of the tour.
Other interesting and engaging activities include the opportunity to participate in an exciting adventure to save the sleeping Diplodocuses by shooting pests, getting your hands dirty by excavating for fossils and handling dinosaur poo, climbing a wall to have a glimpse of a Pteranodon’s nest, challenging a Gallimimus in an interactive race and posing for pictures with dinosaurs in 3 different settings.

The exhibition also allows for the visitors to learn about the evolution of dinosaurs through interactive kiosks, comparing and analysing present day animals such as chickens and elephants with dinosaurs such as the Theropod and Sauropod as well as by watching a documentary in a 3D cinema.
Visitors may also enjoy delectable fusion food while quenching their thirsts with a variety of unique mocktails and freshly brewed coffee at the Discoveria Cafeteria at the end of the exhibition.
Tickets for children aged 17 years and below are priced at RM35 for Malaysians and RM50 for non-Malaysians while tickets for adults are priced at RM25 for Malaysians and RM40 for non-Malaysians.
