JAPAN TRIP 2015 (DAY 2) : HEAVENLY KYOTO

Day 2 Journey
Sagano Romantic Train --> 桑田神社  Arashiyama (嵯峨野 竹林の道)--> Kiyomizu – Dera(京都清水寺)

Our Japan trip brings us with another adventure. Our 2nd day in Kyoto brings us to adventure the Sagono Romantic Railway which is an amazing adventure not to be missed. The beautiful sight from all the way you are in the train up to above is indeed a breathtaking view.

The Sagano Train is awesomely beautiful where the ride is perfectly good where we can see the beautiful view and experience the cold breeze.

With the sakura here, i just need a cuppa of coffee to pamper myself in this scenic environment.

How to Get ThereJR Sagano Line from Kyoto Station to JR Saga-Arashiyama Station (Approx 15 minutes). Then get the Sagano Romantic Train from Torokko Saga Station (same building as JR Saga-Arashiyama Station).

And after enjoying the scenic view, we move on to the Famous Bamboo View of Arashiyama. Amazingly beautiful with the scene. Arashiyama Bamboo Grove is one of Kyoto’s top sights and for good reason. Aside, it’s one of the most photographed sights in the city. Walking along the torii tunnels of the Bamboo Grove is indeed intresting, cold and nice. The place is simply beautiful with all the huge bamboo all the way of your visit and I just cant get enough enjoying each part of the Bamboo Grove. The groves are particularly attractive when there is a light wind and the tall bamboo stalks sway gently back and forth.

And then we headed to the another beautiful scene of Kyoto itself. The  Kiyomizu – Dera(京都清水寺) is a place that I am falling in love. A plenty of delish to savour while you visit the temple and the scenic experience is incredible. It is pity that it is raining when we are there.

With the blooming sakura. I love it!

Kiyomizu-dera was founded in the early Heian period. The temple was founded in 778, and its present buildings were constructed in 1633, ordered by the Tokugawa Iemitsu
