XOX Space, 1st Flagship Store Lands At Sunway Pyramid

 XOX MOBILE, Malaysia’s first Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) introduced its first flagship store, XOX Space at Sunway Pyramid, with a new retail concept that is set to enhance users’ experience.



XOX Space was launched by XOX MOBILE Brand Ambassador, Malaysian badminton legend, Datuk Wira Lee Chong Wei, and XOX Berhad, Group Managing Director, Datuk Eddie Chai, and Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ng Kok Heng, here today.





The 909sq feet concept store located at F1.72, on the first floor of the popular Sunway Pyramid Mall is part of XOX MOBILE’s efforts in expanding and delivering professional services to the Klang Valley population.



The XOX Space concept store provides a fun ambience environment for XOX MOBILE subscribers to hangout, as well as to do perform minor work task, with the complimentary WiFi connection available at the store.



The XOX Space concept store also serves as a co-working space as it is on-trend and popular with millennials as well as other users, both as a hang-out and as a venue to get work done.



The interior design carries through the fun and multi-functional usage of the space being contemporary and young, with a strong lifestyle element that promotes communication and sharing. The store is designed to be user-friendly with all services readily-accessible.



The store has ample seating, free WIFI access, several plug points for charging devices, and vending machines for snacks and drinks for guests and users to enjoy, while they hangout in a fun ambience.



Wholly owned and operated by XOX MOBILE, it will be a one-stop center for people choosing plans, paying bills, buying reloads and SIM card replacements, among other services.



According to XOX Berhad Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ng Kok Heng, XOX Space is strategically located in one of the Klang Valley’s most popular shopping malls to allow XOX MOBILE to connect readily and easily with its subscribers and potential users, while providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction.



“We want our first ever flagship store to be easily accessible to our loyal customers and to our potential users. XOX Space is our way of extending our reach so that more people can experience our excellent services and customer support in a setting that reflects the XOX spirit or sharing and working together,” said Mr. Ng.

“XOX Space has been open for almost two months, with encouraging customer and guest feedback. We look forward to creating more XOX Space outlets in future,” he added in closing.


From now until the end of March, customers and guests to XOX Space can redeem a free ONEXOX Prepaid starter pack that comes with pre-loaded airtime of RM5. With the purchase of a Super Season Pass of 3GB data that can be carried forward for just RM30, they will get the longest prepaid validity of 28 months, to experience the XOX MOBILE difference.  There will be mystery gifts for guests who present XOX MOBILE flyers, while stocks last.


XOX MOBILE is also kick-starting a top-up campaign, known as 30GB Bonus Campaign for the prepaid subscribers, where 30GB of bonus data will be awarded.

XOX MOBILE serves 1.65 million subscribers via more than 200 outlets nationwide, including care centers, dealers, and through distribution partners.
